He didn't set out to make clothes. He set out to fix a problem.
Andy started out as an electrical lineman, working in weather that destroys gear and people who aren't ready for it. He went on to build and sell an energy construction company, learning how to lead crews and solve hard problems at scale.
All the while, he was hunting hard. Remote country, long seasons, real miles. And his premium gear kept failing, sometimes inside a single season. So he spent years researching whether technical outdoor apparel could be built entirely in America. Then he built it.
